Amber color, with flavors of raisins, figs and butterscotch. Balanced acidity and long aftertaste.

Ideal pairing:
Goat cheese, foie gras, desserts with caramelized almonds and fruits, vanilla and chocolate ice cream.

Deep amber color, with flavors of butterscotch, roasted coffee beans, raisins and cocoa. Full body and very concen trated, it always maintains a balance between sweetness and acidity with aftertaste which lasts and lasts and lasts…….!

Ideal pairing:
Chocolate and chocolate desserts, creamy cheeses like Roquefort and Stilton. Enjoy on its own or with a nice cigar.
