SANTORINI ARGYROS
Assyrtiko is our heritage grape. This unique grape celebrated in all over Santorini island combines great elegance, finesse and minerality. Harvested exclusively by hand from our volcanic soil vineyards, our Assyrtiko wine reflects the pure character of the variety. Fermentation is done only in stainless steel vats. Crystal yellow color, with flavors of citrus fruits, lemongrass and stone. Medium body, clean taste with crispy and long aftertaste.
Accompaniment of shellfish, fish, sushi and vegetable dishes.

Estate Argyros is a single varietal wine from our heritage grape. The 80% ferments separately in stainless steel vats, while the other 20% ferments and ages for 6 months in French oak barrels. The discrete touch of the wood, highlights the earthy characteristics of the Assyrtiko grape. Yellow in color, with delicate aromas of citrus fruits and minerals. Full body, balanced acidity and long aftertaste.
Pair it with fat fish, poultry, pork and smoked cheeses.
